The firm serves clients in the Pharmaceutical, Insurance, Healthcare, and government industries. Sonrise International leverages change to bring best-in-class project and change management solutions to companies in an ever-changing global marketplace. Prior to establishing Sonrise International LLC, the company founder, Annette Harris set up office in the heart of downtown Tulsa, Oklahoma, at 530 Boston Avenue during a period when the nation was experiencing political, racial and economic uncertainties. Duirng this period, the firm built project management services and created simulations that would provide multicultural education to businesses, universities and schools.
Subsequently, Harris began traveling throughout the State of Oklahoma, Texas and Florida where she solved organizational problems, and promoted an appreciation and acceptance of cultural diversity and change management through round-table discussions and learning programs with c-suite executives, managers and employees at the FAA, the US Core of Engineers, Verizon, the Florida Dept. of Children Services and Universities such as Oklahoma University, Langston University and Oklahoma State University, among others.
The company later moved to Illinois and subsequently to Chicago and opened an office in Atlanta where the firm continued managing a portfolio of businesses, including state government and higher education institutions in areas of project management, change management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI).
